2012 – Present Kshemin Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
- Founded an independent technology and manufacturing entity working in the fields of combat casualty management, prevention of vector borne diseases and provision of clean drinking water
- Led a startup with a size of 10 people to create new and recurring market of our products in all 29 states of India
- Provided innovative combat healthcare solutions to Indian Defence Forces (Army/Navy/Airforce), Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Home Affairs and through multiple specialised products for combat medical care. Received 200 plus contracts with a value of over Rs 16 Crs (Over $2 million)
- Proposed and introduced Long Lasting Insecticide Nets for the 1.2m strong Central Armed Police Forces through the Bureau of Police Research and Development, and the 2m strong defence forces through Ministry of Home Affairs. Sold over 700,000 LLINs over 7 years
- Developed and sold over 50,000 Non-Electric and Non-Chemical Water Filters to Indian Army, CRPF, BSF, SSB. NSG, Assam Rifles and ten State Police Organisations.
- Proposed and introduced Long Lasting Insecticide Nets for the 1.2m strong Central Armed Police Forces through the Bureau of Police Research and Development, and the 2m strong defence forces through Ministry of Home Affairs. Sold over 700,000 LLINs over 7 years
- Introduced concept of Rugged, Suitcase-Pack DC to AC Chargers for Security Forces of India for use in isolated posts in mountains to charge all batteries.
- Led the R&D and manufacturing of blood clotting gel for INMAS, DRDO, over 10,000 tubes of 30 gm manufactured.
- Led the R&D and manufacturing of Pneumatic Tourniquet for INMAS, DRDO, over 400 units manufactured. Successfully supplied 335 units to Assam rifles
- Designed (patent applied for) a versatile First Field Dressing- India Bandage, Compression Bandage and Contour Bandage. Sold over 35,000 bandages to various defence establishments.
2007-2012 Vice President, Zen Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
- VP for business development and marketing for simulators/military hardware. Increased sales from a yearly average of $600,000 to $3,000,000. Achieved 5x growth year-on-year. Created a sales pipeline of $112 million spread over 5 years.
- Transformed marketing and business development departments to be more revenue focussed by reorganising teams, structures and approach to market, training and territory management
- Designed and developed the 81mm Integrated Mortar Simulator (only one of its kind in the world) for Mechanized Infantry, Forward Observer Post Simulator for Artillery, Vehicle Mounted Containerized Command Post for units in field
- Extensive business development in mining simulators in all nine subsidiaries of Coal India Limited and other independent Government Mining Companies.
- Made the first two sales of Mining Simulators to Northern Coalfields Limited and National Mineral Development Corporation Ltd.
- Introduced Dumper and Excavator Simulators in the Mining industry. Led the relationship for joint development of simulators with Bharat Earth Movers Ltd.
- Achieved the first export sale for simulators for the company- $1m sale in South Africa and Sudan.
- Initiated and developed business in South Africa, Botswana, Uganda, Nigeria, Sudan, UAE, Thailand, Malaysia, Nepal and Australia by interacting with senior most govt, defense and civil officials.

Started my own HR recruitment firm and staffing agency specialising in the finance sector. Successfully placed 45 candidates in job roles across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh over 1 year.

Retired as a Colonel after commanding my unit in Batalik, Kargil sector during active hostilities
